LAST WEEK (WEEK 14)

This week was the last week and this week also we make a presentation and demo to the two accessors that will access our FINAL YEAR PROJECT. Picture below is how its looks like for my final year project.

PROJECT FINISH (WEEK 13)

This week our FINAL YEAR PROJECT was totally finished,to look how it works please see this video clip.

PUT THE CIRCUIT INSIDE THE BOX (WEEK 12)

At this week we try to put the circuit inside the box and tight it, make the last connection between the circuit and the batteries, at the top of boxes we put two switch which is 1st switch is used to ON and OFF the circuit. second switch is used to ON and OFF the buzzer.

picture show at the top have 2 swith and 1 LED

probe that we used tu detect the water.

SOLDERING THE COMPONENET (WEEK 11)

this week we soldering the component on the PCB board by referring the circuit at the magazine.

  • we try to make sure that the component match to the hole and make sure do not have the short curcuit during the soldering the component.

  • we try to put all of component at the PCB board after make sure all of hole match with component and than try to soldering the component

CUT PCB BOARD (WEEK 10)

After make sure there's no error between the PCB connection and hole for placing the component is perfect, we cut the PCB board using PCB cutter

  • At picture below show that how we cut the PCB Board by using PCB CUTTER. When using this tool make sure that safety is important

DRILL THE PCB BOARD (WEEK9)

make a hole by referring to the circuit. During make a hole make sure the size of drill is same as component

check the continuity of the circuit to make sure there's no error connection or circuit break, by using multimeter

MAKE THE PCB BOARD (WEEK8)

before we make our P.C.B, firstly we need to had a UV PCB and the circuit that already printed at transparent paper by using laser printer
TEP 1 :
Before we make our P.C.B, firstly we need to had a UV PCB and the circuit that already printed at transparent paper by using laser printer.

STEP 2:
Cut transparent paper to make it fix to the size at UV PCB.
STEP 3 :
Open the UV protection plastic, make sure the UV surface are not expose at UV light because it's very sensitive at UV light.
STEP 4:
Place the transparent plastic that had a circuit at the PCB board, make sure it placed without any air bubble or dust.

STEP 5:
Placed the PCB board at the right position.
STEP 5:
Lock the machine and set the duration time at 60 second
STEP 6

STEP 7
STEP 8:
Wash the PCB board by using clean water.
STEP 9 :

WEEK 6

At this week we make declaration of our project scope and limitation, which is contain :

1)These devise are easily placed wherever appropriate place at the tank.

2)This user-friendly tools like can be used by all houses.

3)This alarm need a D.C supply to make it operate.

LIST COMPONENT OF PROJECT (WEEK 5)

This week, I and my FYP partner, we go to JALAN PASAR,PUDU and try to find all the component for my project. We try to ask the costing of our project and make sure we had all the components. We also calculate the project costing for our project.

PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) WEEK4

printed cicuit board (PCB)
Learn and make our Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and also try running the program by using software but had a problems with software because several components are not include in the library.

PROJECT BLOCK DIAGRAM (WEEK 3)

BLOCK DIAGRAM

  • This simple tool is when the water level rises and touches the probes, the A.C signal will get through, causing the alarm oscillator to switch on and sound the alarm.
  • This kind of circuit for detecting the level of water in a tank is that a direct current (D.C) flow trough the sensor electrodes.
  • The alarm oscillator will remain disable when signal is not received at at the probe and there are no D.C

PROJECT INTRODUCTION (WEEK 1)

WATER LEVEL DETECTOR
There are many instance around the houses where a liquid level detector circuit is useful,  such as detecting if rain water tank is almost empty or the toilet cistern is about to overflow. This project is intended to detect the water level either full or not. This would allow the user to know the water level at a time
